Shipping and returns
Unfortunately, no returns are accepted. All our sales are final.
We recommend checking your backdrop as soon as it arrives and if your product is damaged, misprinted or if we have shipped the incorrect design by mistake. Please contact us via email with images for review of the defect or misprint within 48 hours of receiving your order or the sale will remain final.
We do not accept returns in the event you have changed your mind about your purchase. We do not allow adjustments, cancellations or combinations after an order has been in processed.
Colours on the backdrop can vary! Prints may differ in terms of colour, saturation or tone. If you would like to buy two of the same backdrops, we highly recommend you buy them at the same time!
